Toning, chanting, mantra. Discover ways to use your voice to maintain or improve health. No experience necessary. The session also includes ‘musimeditation’. This is a group improvisation/meditation, playing tuned and untuned percussion instruments such as Tibetal bowls, wahwah tubes, drums etc. This activity brings you into the present moment. Also no experience necessary! Cost £5.
